目的：观察芪苈强心胶囊对缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者神经内分泌因子、左室重构及心功能的影响。方法将60例缺血性心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例，对照组予以常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用芪苈强心胶囊治疗。观察2组患者治疗前后N末端脑钠肽原（ Nt-proBNP）、心肌肌钙蛋白I（cTnI）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）及左室舒张末内径（ LVEDD）、左室射血分数（ LVEF）的变化情况。结果2组治疗后LVEDD、NT-proBNP、cTnI、hs-CRP水平均明显降低，LVEF水平明显增加，而且治疗组治疗后6个月与对照组同期比较各指标改善更明显（P均＜0．05）。结论在心力衰竭常规治疗的基础之上加用中成药芪苈强心胶囊能够降低NT-proBNP、cTnI、hs-CRP的水平，逆转左室重构，改善心功能。
목적：관찰기력강심효낭대결혈성심기병심력쇠갈환자신경내분비인자、좌실중구급심공능적영향。방법장60례결혈성심기병심력쇠갈환자수궤분위치료조여대조조각30례，대조조여이상규치료，치료조재상규치료기출상가용기력강심효낭치료。관찰2조환자치료전후N말단뇌납태원（ Nt-proBNP）、심기기개단백I（cTnI）、초민C반응단백（hs-CRP）급좌실서장말내경（ LVEDD）、좌실사혈분수（ LVEF）적변화정황。결과2조치료후LVEDD、NT-proBNP、cTnI、hs-CRP수평균명현강저，LVEF수평명현증가，이차치료조치료후6개월여대조조동기비교각지표개선경명현（P균＜0．05）。결론재심력쇠갈상규치료적기출지상가용중성약기력강심효낭능구강저NT-proBNP、cTnI、hs-CRP적수평，역전좌실중구，개선심공능。
O bjective It is to investigate the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsules on neurohumoral factors , left ventricular re-modeling and heart function in the patients with ischemic heart disease with chronic heart fai 1ure.Methods 60 patients with chronic heart fai1ure were randomly divided into two groups ,one was control group treated by routine treatment ,another was treatment group treated with Qiliqiangxin capsules on the basis of above regular treatment .The changes of clinical symptoms , left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma levels of NT Pro-BNP, cT-nI and hs-CRP were observed in both groups before and after treatment .Results After therapy,the levels of LVEDD,NT -proBNP, cTnI, hs-CRP were lower, while the level of LVEF was higher than those before treatment in both groups , and the improvements of these indexes were more obviously in treatment group than those in control group after 6 months'treatment. Conclusion The treatment with Qiliqiangxin capsules combined with routine treatment for heart failure can decrease the levels of NT-proBNP ,cTnI and hs-CRP, improve heart function and reverse left ventricular remodeling .
