目的:探讨糖胰敏对2型糖尿病(T2DM)模型大鼠糖脂代谢紊乱的改善作用及相关机制。方法采用高糖高脂饲料喂养联合低剂量链脲佐菌素( STZ)腹腔注射建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。将90只Wistar大鼠分为正常对照组、模型对照组、达美康组及糖胰敏高、中、低剂量组。治疗前后动态监测各组大鼠空腹血糖(FBG),血脂包括三酰甘油(TC)、总胆固醇(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)。计算胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)、胰岛素分泌指数(IS)。结果与正常对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠FBG、FINS、TG、TC、LDL、IRI水平均明显升高(P均<0.05),ISI、IS、HDL水平均明显降低( P均<0.05)。糖胰敏治疗2周后大鼠血糖开始下降,治疗4周后,糖胰敏中、高剂量组以及达美康组大鼠FBG、TC、TG、LDL-C、IRI水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),而HDL-C、ISI和IS水平均明显升高( P均<0.05)。结论糖胰敏可通过调节糖脂代谢,降低脂毒性,增强胰岛组织对胰岛素的敏感性,从而有效发挥其改善糖脂代谢紊乱和降脂降糖的作用。

목적:탐토당이민대2형당뇨병(T2DM)모형대서당지대사문란적개선작용급상관궤제。방법채용고당고지사료위양연합저제량련뇨좌균소( STZ)복강주사건립2형당뇨병대서모형。장90지Wistar대서분위정상대조조、모형대조조、체미강조급당이민고、중、저제량조。치료전후동태감측각조대서공복혈당(FBG),혈지포괄삼선감유(TC)、총담고순(TG)、고밀도지단백(HDL-C)、저밀도지단백(LDL-C),공복혈청이도소(FINS)。계산이도소저항지수(IRI)、이도소민감지수(ISI)、이도소분비지수(IS)。결과여정상대조조비교,모형대조조대서FBG、FINS、TG、TC、LDL、IRI수평균명현승고(P균<0.05),ISI、IS、HDL수평균명현강저( P균<0.05)。당이민치료2주후대서혈당개시하강,치료4주후,당이민중、고제량조이급체미강조대서FBG、TC、TG、LDL-C、IRI수평균명현강저(P균<0.05),이HDL-C、ISI화IS수평균명현승고( P균<0.05)。결론당이민가통과조절당지대사,강저지독성,증강이도조직대이도소적민감성,종이유효발휘기개선당지대사문란화강지강당적작용。
Objective It is to explore the improving effect of Tangyimin on glucose and lipid metabolism disorder in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats and to explore its correlated mechanism .Methods The rat models of T2DM were established by feeding with high glucose and lipid fodder combined with STZ by intraperitoneal injection .90 Wistar rats were divided into normal control group , model group, Dameikang group and high , moderate and low dose of Tangminkang groups .The levels of FBG, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, FINS were determined before and after the treatment .IRI, ISI and IS were calculated and compared.Results Compared with those in normal control group , the levels of FBG, FINS, TG, TC, LDL and IRI were significantly higher(P<0.05), while the levels of ISI, IS and HDL were obviously lower (P<0.05) in model group.After two weeks'treatment with Tangyimin , the level of FBG began to decrease , in four weeks after treatment , the levels of TC , TG, LDL-C and IRI decreased obviously , while the levels of HDL-C, ISI and IS increased in moderate and high dose of Tangy-imin groups and Dameikang group (P<0.05).Conclusion Tangyimin can effectively improve glucose and lipid metabolism disorder and decrease and play hypoglycemic effect and hypolipidemic effect by regulating glucose and lipid metabolism , relie-ving fatty toxicity and enhancing sensitivity of insulin in pancreatic islets .
