目的:观察丹参滴丸对肾性高血压兔离体冠状动脉环舒缩功能的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法肾性高血压兔离体冠状动脉环标本随机分为模型组、维拉帕米组、丹参滴丸组,以去甲肾上腺素( NE)灌流离体兔冠状动脉环,观察丹参滴丸对去甲肾上腺素致离体肾性高血压兔冠状动脉环舒缩功能的影响。结果丹参滴丸可抑制去甲肾上腺素引起的离体肾性高血压兔冠状动脉收缩,10-3~10-2 mol/L丹参滴丸可使去甲肾上腺素引起的内源性钙收缩张力分别下降至(0.51±0.07)g和(0.86±0.08)g,其降低百分率((16.29±6.39)%、(27.58±6.97)%),与维拉帕米组比较差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论丹参滴丸可抑制血管平滑肌细胞受体操纵钙通道介导的外钙内流及血压依赖性钙通道的内钙释放,这与其临床治疗冠心病的作用机制一致。

목적:관찰단삼적환대신성고혈압토리체관상동맥배서축공능적영향병탐토기작용궤제。방법신성고혈압토리체관상동맥배표본수궤분위모형조、유랍파미조、단삼적환조,이거갑신상선소( NE)관류리체토관상동맥배,관찰단삼적환대거갑신상선소치리체신성고혈압토관상동맥배서축공능적영향。결과단삼적환가억제거갑신상선소인기적리체신성고혈압토관상동맥수축,10-3~10-2 mol/L단삼적환가사거갑신상선소인기적내원성개수축장력분별하강지(0.51±0.07)g화(0.86±0.08)g,기강저백분솔((16.29±6.39)%、(27.58±6.97)%),여유랍파미조비교차이유통계학의의(P균<0.05)。결론단삼적환가억제혈관평활기세포수체조종개통도개도적외개내류급혈압의뢰성개통도적내개석방,저여기림상치료관심병적작용궤제일치。
Objective It is to observe the effect of Danshen dripping pill on the vasomotor function of coronary artery rings isolated from hypertensive rabbits .Methods The samples of coronary artery rings isolated from hypertensive rabbits were ran-domly divided into model group , verapamil group , Danshen dripping pill group , The rins were simulated by perfusion with nor-epinephrine ( NE) to observe the effect of Danshen dripping pill on the vasomotor function of coronary artery rings isolated from hypertensive rabbits .Results Danshen dripping pill could inhibit the vasomotor function of coronary artery isolated from hyper -tensive rabbits induced by NE , and 10 -3 -10 -2 mol/L Danshen dripping pill could decrease the endogenous calcium contrac -tion induced by NE to (0.51 ±0.07) g and (0.86 ±0.08)g, the decreasing percentage were ((16.29 ±6.39)%, (27.58 ±6.97)%), compared with those in verapamil group, the differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Danshen dripping pill could inhibit external calcium inter-influx and intracellular calcium release mediated by receptor operated cnlcium channel of vascular smooth muscle cell gymnastics longitudinal calcium channels which can inhibit .
