根据智能变电站二次设备预制舱标准化设计、工厂化加工、装配式组装等理念,结合国家电网公司110-A3-3通用设计方案,通过对二次设备的优化整合,在满足IEC 61850功能自由分配理念的同时,提出网络化备自投、测控装置与计量的整合,取消独立故障录波器,进行站控设备的整合等优化方案,合理压缩二次设备数量,更加有效地利用了预制舱内的空间。
根據智能變電站二次設備預製艙標準化設計、工廠化加工、裝配式組裝等理唸,結閤國傢電網公司110-A3-3通用設計方案,通過對二次設備的優化整閤,在滿足IEC 61850功能自由分配理唸的同時,提齣網絡化備自投、測控裝置與計量的整閤,取消獨立故障錄波器,進行站控設備的整閤等優化方案,閤理壓縮二次設備數量,更加有效地利用瞭預製艙內的空間。

On the basis of concepts such as design standardization, factory processing and assembly compos-ing of prefabricated cabin for secondary equipment in intelligent substation, the paper, in combination with the general design scheme of 110-A3-3 published by State Grid Company and through the optimization and integration of the secondary equipment, proposes to meet IEC 61850 function free allocation idea; in the meantime, it suggests reducing the number of secondary equipment reasonably and using the inner space of the prefabricated cabin more effectively.
