This paper introduces the basic concepts of chaos theory,and points out that the chaotic theory helps to understand and grasp the laws of obstetrics and gynecology doctors'management and training work,rich working methods,improve the efficiency of management and training.This paper,through the observation of ob-stetrics and gynecology doctors'management and training process,according to the feature of chaos,explains the enlightenment of chaos theory on the management and training of obstetrics and gynecology doctors.
