With the examples of the unattended stations in Shaanxi Seismic Network,the experiences of operation and maintenance and management are summarized.The exploration for the sta-tion management innovation is introduced.Some suggestions are put forwade for the operat-ing,maintaining and managing of unattended seismograph stations in the future.
