分子印迹聚合物微萃取是最近一二十年发展起来的一种新型样品前处理技术,集合了分子印迹技术和微萃取技术两者的优势,广泛应用于食品、药物、环境和生物等复杂样品的前处理,其研究也备受关注。本文综述了分子印迹聚合物微萃取技术在样品前处理中的应用进展,包括分子印迹固相微萃取、分子印迹搅拌棒吸附萃取、分子印迹磁性微球萃取和分子印迹整体材料微萃取,探讨了分子印迹聚合物微萃取样品前处理技术存在的问题和局限,并对其应用前景进行了展望。
分子印跡聚閤物微萃取是最近一二十年髮展起來的一種新型樣品前處理技術,集閤瞭分子印跡技術和微萃取技術兩者的優勢,廣汎應用于食品、藥物、環境和生物等複雜樣品的前處理,其研究也備受關註。本文綜述瞭分子印跡聚閤物微萃取技術在樣品前處理中的應用進展,包括分子印跡固相微萃取、分子印跡攪拌棒吸附萃取、分子印跡磁性微毬萃取和分子印跡整體材料微萃取,探討瞭分子印跡聚閤物微萃取樣品前處理技術存在的問題和跼限,併對其應用前景進行瞭展望。

Molecularly imprinted polymer microextraction is a sample pretreatment technique that has been developed in the recent decades.This approach integrates the advantages of molecularly imprinted techniques and microextraction procedures.Moreover,this technique is widely used in complicated sample preparation that involves food,drug,environmental,and biological samples.The application of this method in sample preparation has been extensive.In this paper,the development of molecularly imprinted polymer microextraction in sample preparation is summarized,including molecularly imprinted solid phase microextraction,molecularly imprinted stir bar sorptive extraction,molecularly imprinted magnetic microsphere extraction,and molecularly imprinted monolithic material microextraction. The problems and limitations of molecularly imprinted polymer microextraction in sample preparation are discussed.The trends in this sample preparation technique are also prospected.
