采用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、能谱仪分析C-Mn中厚钢板单向拉伸断口形貌、组织、夹杂物、晶界及晶内成分。结果表明,断面微观形貌均为韧窝+解理特征。解理特征出现在断口中心部位,随解理特征减少,伸长率提高;断面均可见相互平行的裂隙,裂隙中存在MnS夹杂。MnS夹杂级数降低,伸长率也随之增大;伸长率不合格钢板的晶粒大小不均匀。据此判定,MnS夹杂和晶粒均匀性是影响伸长率的主要原因。
採用光學顯微鏡、掃描電子顯微鏡、能譜儀分析C-Mn中厚鋼闆單嚮拉伸斷口形貌、組織、夾雜物、晶界及晶內成分。結果錶明,斷麵微觀形貌均為韌窩+解理特徵。解理特徵齣現在斷口中心部位,隨解理特徵減少,伸長率提高;斷麵均可見相互平行的裂隙,裂隙中存在MnS夾雜。MnS夾雜級數降低,伸長率也隨之增大;伸長率不閤格鋼闆的晶粒大小不均勻。據此判定,MnS夾雜和晶粒均勻性是影響伸長率的主要原因。
채용광학현미경、소묘전자현미경、능보의분석C-Mn중후강판단향랍신단구형모、조직、협잡물、정계급정내성분。결과표명,단면미관형모균위인와+해리특정。해리특정출현재단구중심부위,수해리특정감소,신장솔제고;단면균가견상호평행적렬극,렬극중존재MnS협잡。MnS협잡급수강저,신장솔야수지증대;신장솔불합격강판적정립대소불균균。거차판정,MnS협잡화정립균균성시영향신장솔적주요원인。
By means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy spectrometer,the unidirection-al tensile fracture morphology,microstructure,inclusions,grain boundary and intragranular composition are analyzed. The results show that the microscopic morphology of the fracture is dimple and cleavage. The cleavage feature appears in the central part of fracture. The elongation is increased with decrease of cleavage feature;Some parallel cracks exist at the fracture and MnS inclusions exist in the cracks. Elongation increases with downgrading of MnS inclusions rat-ings;The grain size of the steel plate with disqualified elongation is not uniform. The MnS inclusions and grain uniform-ity are the main factors influencing elongation.
