建立了同时检测防晒霜中16种紫外线吸收剂含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。样品用甲醇、四氢呋喃、高纯水、高氯酸的混合溶液溶解后超声提取。采用新型ZORBAX SB C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm i. d.)色谱柱,以甲醇、四氢呋喃、高氯酸水溶液(V/V/V)(pH 2.6)梯度洗脱,检测波长311 nm。结果显示在22 min内16种紫外线吸收剂完全分离,在10-4000μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,相关系数大于0.9990;方法定量限为0.02%-0.4%;在市售防晒霜中加标回收率为84.0%-113.9%,相对标准偏差为2.49%-5.75%。本方法简便准确,能够满足进出口检验的需要。

A high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method was established simultaneous to detect the content of sixteen UV-filters in sunscreens. The samples were dissolved by methanol +THF +Ultra-pure water +HClO4 and extracted by ultrasonic method. The target compounds were separated by a new ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 column(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm i.d.)in gradient elution mode using methanol, THF and aqueous perchloric acid (pH=2.6) as mobile phase, and detected by a photo-diode array detector at 311 nm. The results indicated that the sixteen UV-filters were completely separated in 22 min. The calibration curves was showed good linearity in the range of 10-4000μg/mL, with correlation coefficients larger than 0.9990. The limits of quantitation were in the range of 0.02 to 0.4%. The spiked recoveries of commercial sunscreens were in the range of 84.0%to 113.9%with the relative standard deviation of 2.49%to 5.75%. The results indicated that the method was simple, rapid, accurate and suitable for the requirements in import and export inspection.
