介绍了化学法制备氧化铟锡(ITO)纳米材料的两个重要合成原料 In(acac)3和 Sn (acac)2 Cl2的合成方法。以 InCl3·4H2 O 为原料,在 pH 值为9.0的柠檬酸溶液中制备 In(acac)3;以SnCl4·5H2 O 与乙酰丙酮为原料,在甲苯溶剂中加热回流制备 Sn(acac)2 Cl2。通过 IR、NMR、XRD 检测手段对合成的产物进行表征分析。讨论了各种实验条件对合成反应的影响,总结出 In(acac)3的最佳合成条件是:柠檬酸浓度为84 mmol·L -1,pH 值为9.0;制取 Sn(acac)2 Cl2的最佳溶剂是甲苯。

This paper introduced the synthesis methods of two important raw materials (In(acac)3 and Sn(acac)2 Cl2 )for the synthesis of nanoparticles ITO (Indium Tin Oxides).By InCl3 ·4H2 O as raw material under stirring at pH =9.0 in citric acid solution,In(acac)3 was synthesized;and by SnCl4 ·4H2 O and acetylacetone as raw materials,refluxing in toluene,Sn(acac)2 Cl2 was prepared.The synthesized prod-ucts were characterized through NMR,crystal -XRD.The effects of various experimental conditions on the synthesis reaction were discussed and the best condition was established as citric acid solution with a concen-tration of 84mmol·L -1 ,pH value of 9.0.By toluene as the best solvent for preparation of Sn (acac)2 Cl2 .
