我国煤层气资源丰富,然而煤层的强吸性和低渗透性,严重制约了煤层气的经济高效开发。基于致密煤层气储层的开采特征,分析了洞穴完井、羽状分支水平井、水力压裂、注气增产和物理场激励技术的适用条件及优缺点,明确了致密煤层气开采的技术要求。生物酶技术可以满足开采致密煤层气储层的要求,其主要机理是:降低甲烷分压,诱发甲烷解吸;通过竞争吸附,置换解吸甲烷;维持或增加孔隙压力,诱发微裂隙形成和天然裂缝延伸;补充能量,保持或提高煤层渗透率,消除应力敏感损害。针对该技术的特点,提出了生物酶提高煤层气采收率配套技术。

Low permeability and strong suction seriously restrict economic and efficient development of coal bed methane in China.This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of bare hole cave completion,multi-lateral horizontal well, hydraulic fracturing,gas inj ection and prompting exploitation of physical field based on the characteristics of tight coal bed methane exploitation and confirms the technical requirements of the exploitation.It is concluded that enhanced coal bed methane recovery of low-permeability reservoirs can be achieved adopting biological enzyme technique because of four main mechanisms:decreasing the partial pressure of methane to induce methane desorption from coal matrix,accelerating methane displacement desorption through competitive sorption,forming micro-fissure and extending nature fracture,and increasing energy for gas flow and avoiding stress-sensitivity damage.According to the characteristics of ECBM using biological enzyme,the paper presents the matching techniques of coal bed gas exploitation by means of biological enzyme for the purpose of increasing the production and recovery of coal bed methane.
