目的:研究长期小剂量口服罗红霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉(Ⅱ型)的疗效。方法采用随机、平行对照的研究方法,共入组90例患者,实验组46例,对照组44例。实验组口服罗红霉素150 mg/ d,每天1次,加上鼻窦炎口服液,10 ml/次,每天3次,连服12周。对照组:口服鼻窦炎口服液,10 ml/次.每天3次,连服12周。在治疗12周后分别观察患者的症状、鼻内镜检查、鼻窦 CT 检查的结果。结果实验组患者鼻塞、流涕、头痛评分及鼻内镜评分和鼻窦 CT 检查都较对照组显著改善(P ﹤0.01)。嗅觉和咽干咽痛的评分较对照组无明显改善。实验组临床总有效率86.96%,对照组为38.64%,两组疗效差异有统计学意义,实验组优于对照组(P ﹤0.01)。结论长期小剂量应用罗红霉素对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者有良好疗效,值得临床推广应用。

목적:연구장기소제량구복라홍매소치료만성비두염비식육(Ⅱ형)적료효。방법채용수궤、평행대조적연구방법,공입조90례환자,실험조46례,대조조44례。실험조구복라홍매소150 mg/ d,매천1차,가상비두염구복액,10 ml/차,매천3차,련복12주。대조조:구복비두염구복액,10 ml/차.매천3차,련복12주。재치료12주후분별관찰환자적증상、비내경검사、비두 CT 검사적결과。결과실험조환자비새、류체、두통평분급비내경평분화비두 CT 검사도교대조조현저개선(P ﹤0.01)。후각화인간인통적평분교대조조무명현개선。실험조림상총유효솔86.96%,대조조위38.64%,량조료효차이유통계학의의,실험조우우대조조(P ﹤0.01)。결론장기소제량응용라홍매소대만성비두염비식육환자유량호료효,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of low dose erythromycin on chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. Methods:A randomized parallel controlled clinical trial was conducted. All 90 cases were divided into the observa-tion(n = 46)and control(n = 44)groups. The observation group was orally treated with erythromycin(150 mg/ d,qd) and nasosinusitis oral liquid(10 ml/ time,tid)for 12 weeks. The control group was treated with nasosinusitis oral liquid (10 ml/ time,tid)for 12 weeks. Then the clinical features and result of nasal endoscope and CT were compared between the two groups. Results:The nasal congestion,runny nose,headache,score of nasal endoscopy and sinus CT scan were significantly(P ﹤ 0. 01)improved when compared with the control group. However,the score for smell and throat was not significantly improved. The total clinical efficacy for control and observation group was 86. 9 and 38. 6% ,respectively. The clinical efficacy for the observation group was significantly(P ﹤ 0. 01)greater than that of the control group. Conclusions:The clinical effects of low dose erythromycin on chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps are satisfactory and worth for promotion.
