目的:研究金银花总黄酮对小鼠应激性肝损伤的保护作用。方法采用拘束负荷18h造成小鼠应激性肝损伤,小鼠60只随机分成正常组、模型组、金银花总黄酮低、中、高剂量组和维生素C组。金银花总黄酮低、中、高剂量组分别给予金银花总黄酮100mg/kg、200mg/kg、400mg/kg;维生素C组给予200mg/kgVitC,正常组及模型组给予等容量生理盐水,1次/天,共7d。摘眼球取血测定ALT、AST活性,同时测定各组小鼠肝组织匀浆中的MDA和SOD的大小,HE染色观察肝脏病理改变。结果金银花总黄酮高、中、剂量均可明显降低应激小鼠血浆ALT、AST水平,降低小鼠肝脏组织中的MDA,提高SOD活力,改善肝脏病理变化。结论金银花总黄酮对拘束应激引起的小鼠肝损伤具有一定的保护作用,其作用机制可能与其抗氧化作用有关。

목적:연구금은화총황동대소서응격성간손상적보호작용。방법채용구속부하18h조성소서응격성간손상,소서60지수궤분성정상조、모형조、금은화총황동저、중、고제량조화유생소C조。금은화총황동저、중、고제량조분별급여금은화총황동100mg/kg、200mg/kg、400mg/kg;유생소C조급여200mg/kgVitC,정상조급모형조급여등용량생리염수,1차/천,공7d。적안구취혈측정ALT、AST활성,동시측정각조소서간조직균장중적MDA화SOD적대소,HE염색관찰간장병리개변。결과금은화총황동고、중、제량균가명현강저응격소서혈장ALT、AST수평,강저소서간장조직중적MDA,제고SOD활력,개선간장병리변화。결론금은화총황동대구속응격인기적소서간손상구유일정적보호작용,기작용궤제가능여기항양화작용유관。
Objective:To study the protective effect of Lonicera japonica total flavones(TFL)on mice liver injury load-ed with restraint stress. Methods 60 mice randomly divided into normal group,model group,TFL low,medium and high dose group and vitami C group. TFL low,medium and high dose groups were given TFL was 100,200 ,400 mg/ kg ;vita-min C group was given vitamin C 200 mg/ kg ;Normal and model group was given NS for 7 days. After 18h restraint stress, to make determination of ALT,AST activity in plasma,to determine the level of MDA and SOD,and to observe the liver pathological changes by HE staining. Results:TFL in high,medium and dose can obviously reduce the stress in plasma ALT,AST level,reduce the MDA in the liver tissue in mice,increase the SOD vigor,improve liver pathological changes. Conclusion:TFL exerts a protective effect on mice liver injury loaded with restraint stress,and its mechanism may be related to the improvement of oxidative status.
