目的：探讨研究 CT 及 MR 影像学在肝细胞肝癌诊断中的应用价值，为以后的临床研究提供可靠性参考。方法通过研究对比分析来我院就诊的30位非酒精性脂肪肝背景下的肝细胞癌的扫描图，对比二者的相关性以及准确性。结果 CT 与 MR 扫描图对肿瘤的诊断性均良好，二者具有良好的相关性，对肿瘤的敏感性、特异性、准确性无显著差异（P ﹥0.05），且两种影像学方法有很好的互补性。结论 CT 与 MR 结合扫描诊断的方法在肿瘤的诊断中有很好的临床价值，通过 CT 与 MR 的互补诊断，可以为今后的临床研究提供可靠性参考。

Objective:Purpose :Study and explore the value of the CT and the MR imaging in the diagnosis of hepatocel-lular carcinoma in liver cells,Provide reliable reference for future clinical studies. Methods:By Scaning and study of hepato-cellular carcinoma to comparative analysis to our hospital for 30 non - alcoholic fatty liver background,comparison of both accuracy and relevance. Result:CT and MR scans for tumor diagnosis was all in good ,and they has been both good corre-lation,there is no significant differences in specificity and accuracy ,it is sensitivity to the tumor(P ﹥ 0. 05),And there is a good two complementary imaging methods,Conclusions:CT and MR scanning method combined with good clinical diag-nostic value in the diagnosis of tumors,By complementary diagnostic of CT and MR,Can provide a reliable reference for future clinical studies.
