目的：评价下颌第一磨牙牙半切除术后固定义齿修复的咀嚼功能恢复效果。方法选择26颗下颌第一磨牙牙根病变严重需行牙半切术的患者作为研究对象，术后冠修复患牙。以患牙修复前及同名牙为对照，检测患牙固定义齿修复1个月后的咀嚼功能。结果患牙固定义齿修复1个月时的咀嚼效率明显高于同侧修复前（P ﹤0.01）。与同名牙相比，患牙固定修复1个月时的咀嚼效率差异无显著性（P ﹥0.05）。结论采用牙半切术保留下颌第一磨牙远中根的修复可获得满意效果。
목적：평개하합제일마아아반절제술후고정의치수복적저작공능회복효과。방법선택26과하합제일마아아근병변엄중수행아반절술적환자작위연구대상，술후관수복환아。이환아수복전급동명아위대조，검측환아고정의치수복1개월후적저작공능。결과환아고정의치수복1개월시적저작효솔명현고우동측수복전（P ﹤0.01）。여동명아상비，환아고정수복1개월시적저작효솔차이무현저성（P ﹥0.05）。결론채용아반절술보류하합제일마아원중근적수복가획득만의효과。
Objective:To evaluate the masticatory efficiency of fixed denture restoration mandibular first molar hemisec-tion. Methods:Twenty-six patients with mandibular first molar hemisection were treated with fixed dentures,and masticato-ry efficiency was assessed after using dentures for 1 months. The masticatory efficiency of the affected side teeth before res-toration and unaffected side served as the comparison. Results:Compared with affected teeth before restoration,the masti-catory efficiency after dentures for 1 month by affected teeth was significantly improved(P ﹤ 0. 01),and was similar to that of the unaffected teeth(P ﹥ 0. 05). Conclusion:The patients with tooth hemisection for fixed dentures have good masticato-ry function.
