目的：探讨血清胆红素与非酒精性脂肪性肝病（nonalcoholic fatty liver disease，NAFLD）发生的关系。方法选择2010年5月-2013年6月在我院消化内科住院的120例成人非酒精性脂肪肝患者和相匹配的对照者120例，空腹抽取静脉血检测 TBil、DBil、间接胆红素、ALT、TG、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖、尿酸等。结果患者 TBil、DBil、间接胆红素水平都低于对照组；血清 TBil 水平与 BMI、TG 呈负相关（r =-0.234、0.268，P 均﹤0.05），与高密度脂蛋白胆固醇呈正相关（ r =0.225，P ﹤0.05），DBil 和间接胆红素与上述指标也有类似的相关性（ r =0.293、0.262、0.168和0.159、0.193、0.069，P 均﹤0.05）；逐步选择法 Logistic 回归分析发现，TBil 与 NAFLD 患病有关（P ﹤0.01）。结论血清胆红素水平较低患者 NAFLD 患病的风险增加。
목적：탐토혈청담홍소여비주정성지방성간병（nonalcoholic fatty liver disease，NAFLD）발생적관계。방법선택2010년5월-2013년6월재아원소화내과주원적120례성인비주정성지방간환자화상필배적대조자120례，공복추취정맥혈검측 TBil、DBil、간접담홍소、ALT、TG、고밀도지단백담고순、공복혈당、뇨산등。결과환자 TBil、DBil、간접담홍소수평도저우대조조；혈청 TBil 수평여 BMI、TG 정부상관（r =-0.234、0.268，P 균﹤0.05），여고밀도지단백담고순정정상관（ r =0.225，P ﹤0.05），DBil 화간접담홍소여상술지표야유유사적상관성（ r =0.293、0.262、0.168화0.159、0.193、0.069，P 균﹤0.05）；축보선택법 Logistic 회귀분석발현，TBil 여 NAFLD 환병유관（P ﹤0.01）。결론혈청담홍소수평교저환자 NAFLD 환병적풍험증가。
Objective:To explore the relationship of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)incidance with serum bil-irubin. Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with NAFLD and 120 healthy cases were studied. Serum bilirubin, HDL,LDL,TG,Uric acid,blood glucose and ALT were measued to analyze the relationship of incidance and serum biliru-bin in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Results:Both serum total bilirubins were markedly correlated with inci-dences of NAFLD. Conclusion:Cases with lower serum total bilirubin are prone to incidences of NAFLD.
