网络舆情是当前公共管理学、情报学、新闻传播学等学科的新兴热点主题。通过对近九年 CSSCI 相关文献研究发现：网络舆情管理应用研究较多，理论体系和逻辑范畴的基础研究少；技术和管理层面的研究成果颇丰，伦理与价值视角的成果较匮乏；理论推演和一般经验分析是主导范式，实验和实证及案例研究较鲜见。深化网络舆情治理研究，要以学科交流为前提推动网络舆情研究融合发展，以基础研究为导向拓展多主题研究，以方法创新为基础推进研究范式转型。

At present, Internet public opinion is a emerging hot spot in science of public management, information science, journalism communication and other disciplines. Through publications that come from CSSCI during the recent nine years, the editor find: the applied studies about network of public opinion management are more abundant, while fundamental researches over system info, logical categories are fewer; The achievements like technology, management are ample, but those like ethics, value are relatively scarce; theory deduction and general empirical analysis are dominate paradigms, while experiments and case studies are quite rare. Deepening the research on the governance of online public opinion should be on the premise of discipline communication to advance the research integration development, be guided by fundamental research to broaden the multi-subject research, be based on method's innovation to promote the transformation of public opinion's research paradigm.
