The assessment and engagement of professional technical positions follow the principle of“Position by need”, targeting at talent technical candidates.“Autonomous evaluation”requires the universities and colleagues to set standards and procedures according to their own situations and conditions. Scientific analysis provides a solid and important basis for the quality of the assessment and engagement. The thesis try to explore the parameters, methods and consequences of quality analysis of assessment and engagement of normal universities, based on semi-quantitative analysis of individual cases' dynamics.
