目的:探讨多项血生化指标连续检测在创伤骨折中的应用价值。方法选取我院2011年12月至2013年2月收治66例创伤性骨折患者,按损伤严重度分级 AIS-ISS 90评分分为重伤组(n =42)和轻伤组(n =24),分别对两组患者的血生化指标进行连续性监测,比较两组患者各指标的差异。结果两组患者 C-反应蛋白(C-Reactive pro-tein,CRP)、葡萄糖、乳酸脱氢酶、肌酸激酶同工酶、免疫球蛋白 G、免疫球蛋白 M、补体 C3及 C4的水平均存在统计学差异(均为 P ﹤0.05),且 CRP、肌酸激酶同工酶、乳酸脱氢酶及葡萄糖与创伤程度呈明显相关性。结论对创伤骨折患者的多项生化指标进行连续性检测,对于骨折患者的伤情及预后有重要作用。

목적:탐토다항혈생화지표련속검측재창상골절중적응용개치。방법선취아원2011년12월지2013년2월수치66례창상성골절환자,안손상엄중도분급 AIS-ISS 90평분분위중상조(n =42)화경상조(n =24),분별대량조환자적혈생화지표진행련속성감측,비교량조환자각지표적차이。결과량조환자 C-반응단백(C-Reactive pro-tein,CRP)、포도당、유산탈경매、기산격매동공매、면역구단백 G、면역구단백 M、보체 C3급 C4적수평균존재통계학차이(균위 P ﹤0.05),차 CRP、기산격매동공매、유산탈경매급포도당여창상정도정명현상관성。결론대창상골절환자적다항생화지표진행련속성검측,대우골절환자적상정급예후유중요작용。
Objective To investigate the application of continuous monitoring of multi-biochemical indexes on evaluating the degrees of trauma for patients with traumatic fractures. Methods There were 66 patients with traumatic fractures who were enrolled from December 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital. Based on the AIS-ISS 90 score classification of serious injury,they were divided into the group of serious injury(n = 42)and group of minor injury(n = 24). Continuous monitoring of blood biochemical indexes were undertaken and compared for the two groups. Results The levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),glu-cose(Glu),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin M(IgM),C3 and C4 ,were statistically different for the two groups(all P ﹤ 0. 05). Moreover,the CRP,CKMB,LDH and GLU obviously correlated to the degrees of trauma. Conclusion Continuous monitoring of blood biochemical indexes were vital for evaluating the degrees of trauma and their prognosis for patients with traumatic fractures.
