将聚苯硫醚塑料(PPS)应用于机载光电侦察设备对于减轻重量、降低成本、批量生产等方面有着积极的意义,通过将PPS与其他材料进行对比,并对PPS制成的关键零件进行有限元分析,验证了该材料在机载光电设备中可行性;最后总结了该材料在应用过程中表现出来的优势与不足。

The application of PPS on airborne opto-electronic payload will have a positive effect on lighte-ning weight,reducing cost,manufacture and so on.PPS was a good performance plastic for contrast and comparison with other materials.The key-part which was made of PPS was analyzed by finite element anal-ysis.The feasibility of PPS was validated in Airborne Opto-Electronic Payload.At last,the advantage and deficiency in application of PPS had been summarized.
