针对某型无人机垂直陀螺仪测试设备功能单一、操作复杂、测试时间长、精度低等问题，提出了一种采用新型数字化、低成本、高精度测试转台的设计方案；该转台采用双轴“OO”型直推式机械台体设计，利用直流电机为驱动元件，光栅尺和高精度倾角传感器为位置反馈元件，采用“两步法”控制方式，操作简便、可靠实用，并具有广泛的应用前景。

In the light of the problem of single function,complicated operation,long test time,low accu-racy for a UAV’s vertical gyro test equipment,the paper proposed a design scheme of the new digital turn-table with low cost and high precision.It is designed for a double “OO”and straight push’s mechanical structure .It obtains the position feedback with grating ruler and high precision angle sensor.And it a-dopts control mode of“two step”which is operated imply,reliably and practically and has a widespread application prospect.
