建立了灰色关联层次分析法评估模型,运用互反判断矩阵确定方案措施层元素权重,引入三角模糊数互补判断矩阵确定准则层元素的权重,进行了各层设施毁伤程度的评估、排序与综合,运算结果说明了组合方案的可行性。

This paper established the assessment model based on the grey relational AHP method.It used the reciprocal judgment matrix to determine the element weights of the program measures layer and intro-duced the triangular fuzzy number complementary judgment matrix to determine the element weights of the guidelines layer.We evaluated and sorted the destruction degree of each layer facility.The operation re-sults show the feasibility of combined solutions.
