本文主要研究废陶瓷骨料,四种粉料、纳米级二氧化硅及有机树脂添加剂等各种组分对喷注料强度、浸酸抗压强度比、渗透厚度等性能的影响,试验结果表明:铸石粉、纳米二氧化硅、有机树脂达到最佳掺量配置的喷注料具有优异的耐酸性、抗渗性、耐磨性。
本文主要研究廢陶瓷骨料,四種粉料、納米級二氧化硅及有機樹脂添加劑等各種組分對噴註料彊度、浸痠抗壓彊度比、滲透厚度等性能的影響,試驗結果錶明:鑄石粉、納米二氧化硅、有機樹脂達到最佳摻量配置的噴註料具有優異的耐痠性、抗滲性、耐磨性。
본문주요연구폐도자골료,사충분료、납미급이양화규급유궤수지첨가제등각충조분대분주료강도、침산항압강도비、삼투후도등성능적영향,시험결과표명:주석분、납미이양화규、유궤수지체도최가참량배치적분주료구유우이적내산성、항삼성、내마성。
The study researches on influence of ceramic aggregate, four kinds of powder, nano-silica and organic resin on strength, acid-resistant compressive strength ratio and thickness of penetration of shotcrete material. As a result, achieving optimal amount of diabase powder, nano-silica,and organic resin, so that shotcrete material have good Sulfuric acid-resistant, anti-permeability, wear resistance.
