通过考察我国高校资产管理演进历程，结合数据分析了新中国成立以来高校资产管理特征变化，并探讨高校资产管理演进的内涵、动因、体认。研究表明，提升高校资产管理水平的关键在于建构管理价值自觉。

By investigating the evolution of asset management in colleges and universities in China, combined with the data analysis of the characteristics change since the founding of the university assets management, the dynamics of evolution of asset management in colleges and universities, awareness and connotation are discussed in this paper. It also puts forward that to improve the asset management level is the key to construct management value consciously.
