对具有超长引水系统引起的机组负荷调节过程缓慢等相关问题进行了研究和探讨。首先针对该类机组,通过引入固定水头到流量反馈值、重采样、增强压力迭代环收敛性等技术,建立其非线性模型;再以模型为基础,通过不同机组间负荷的相互配合关系和利用调压井水位波动周期,提出在机组增减负荷时错开一定时间,使增减负荷引起的水位波动正负相消,从而达到控制调压井水位的目的。在此基础上给出新的增减负荷方案,并与原有方案进行对比,说明新方案更加合理。

This paper studies and discusses problem of slow load regulating progress of the unit caused by overlong headrace system. Firstly,aiming at this type unit,by using technologies of introducing fixed waterhead into flow feedback value,re-sampling and increasing pressure iteration ring convergence,nonlinear model was established. Secondly,on the basis of the model,according to interaction of loads among different units and using period of fluctuations of surge tank water level,a scheme for controlling water level of surge tank was proposed which was to staggering time when the unit increasing and de-creasing load in order to realize offset of water level fluctuation caused by increase and decrease of load. On account of the above measures,a new scheme for increasing and decreasing load was provided and compared with original scheme. The new scheme was proved to be more reasonable.
