目的：对瑞香狼毒（Stellera chamaejasme）的化学成分进行研究。方法：采用硅胶柱层析、C18反相柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析和HPLC等方法分离瑞香狼毒的化学成分，采用波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果：从中共分离鉴定了5个化合物，分别是：（2R，3S）-3-（3，4-二甲氧基苄基）-2-（3，4-亚甲二氧基苄基）丁内酯（1）、haplomyrfolin（2）、双氢芝麻素（3）、异新狼毒素A（4）和瑞香狼毒素B（5）。结论：化合物1~3为首次从该植物中分离得到。
목적：대서향랑독（Stellera chamaejasme）적화학성분진행연구。방법：채용규효주층석、C18반상주층석、Sephadex LH-20응효주층석화HPLC등방법분리서향랑독적화학성분，채용파보기술감정화합물적결구。결과：종중공분리감정료5개화합물，분별시：（2R，3S）-3-（3，4-이갑양기변기）-2-（3，4-아갑이양기변기）정내지（1）、haplomyrfolin（2）、쌍경지마소（3）、이신랑독소A（4）화서향랑독소B（5）。결론：화합물1~3위수차종해식물중분리득도。
Objective:To research the chemical constituents of Stellera chamaejasme. Methods:The constituents were isolated from the plant by silica gel column chromatography, C18 reversed phase chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel filtration chromatography and HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results:Five known compounds were isolated and identified as (2R, 3S)-3-(3, 4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-(3, 4-methylenedioxybenzyl)-butyrolactone (1), haplomyrfolin (2), dihydrosesamin (3), isoneochamaejasmine A (4) and ruixianglangdusu B (5), respectively. Conclusion:Compounds 1-3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
