目的:对瑞香狼毒(Stellera chamaejasme)的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱层析、C18反相柱层析、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱层析和HPLC等方法分离瑞香狼毒的化学成分,采用波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从中共分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别是:(2R,3S)-3-(3,4-二甲氧基苄基)-2-(3,4-亚甲二氧基苄基)丁内酯(1)、haplomyrfolin(2)、双氢芝麻素(3)、异新狼毒素A(4)和瑞香狼毒素B(5)。结论:化合物1~3为首次从该植物中分离得到。

목적:대서향랑독(Stellera chamaejasme)적화학성분진행연구。방법:채용규효주층석、C18반상주층석、Sephadex LH-20응효주층석화HPLC등방법분리서향랑독적화학성분,채용파보기술감정화합물적결구。결과:종중공분리감정료5개화합물,분별시:(2R,3S)-3-(3,4-이갑양기변기)-2-(3,4-아갑이양기변기)정내지(1)、haplomyrfolin(2)、쌍경지마소(3)、이신랑독소A(4)화서향랑독소B(5)。결론:화합물1~3위수차종해식물중분리득도。
Objective:To research the chemical constituents of Stellera chamaejasme. Methods:The constituents were isolated from the plant by silica gel column chromatography, C18 reversed phase chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel filtration chromatography and HPLC. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods. Results:Five known compounds were isolated and identified as (2R, 3S)-3-(3, 4-dimethoxybenzyl)-2-(3, 4-methylenedioxybenzyl)-butyrolactone (1), haplomyrfolin (2), dihydrosesamin (3), isoneochamaejasmine A (4) and ruixianglangdusu B (5), respectively. Conclusion:Compounds 1-3 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
