学校文化基于教育、生于师生、成于社会。对学校教育本质的理解决定着学校文化形成与发展背后的价值观。学校文化的主要载体是师生,每所学校文化都应该带着自身校情即师情、生情来生成其独有的校本文化,动态发展的校本文化也是对师情、生情动态发展的反映。学校文化不是封闭保守的,而具有更开放的态度和更广阔的社会联系。为学生培养营造开放包容的大社会氛围,可更好地奠定学校文化的社会根基并使之回馈社会。

School culture is rooted in education essence, grows by teachers and students, and yields fruits in society. Understanding about the true essence of school education determines the values on which the school culture is formed and developed. Each school has its own culture uniquely based on its own teachers and students who are the carriers of school culture. The change of school culture reflects the dynamic connection between them. School culture should not be closed and preservative, an open mind and willingness to reach out to society will help foster a social environment for students to be integrated, and in turn further cultivate the social foundation of school-based culture.
