目的:了解中医护生对死亡的理解,为进一步开展生死观教育提供理论依据.方法:对中医护生进行?生死观教育?课程,在课程前、课程后,采用死亡焦虑量表(CT-DAS)对226名18-21岁女性护生进行问卷调查,并对结果进行分析.结果:课程前、课程后比较,CT-DAS 量表总分差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);而 CT-DAS 量表中条目4、条目9差异有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论:对中医护生开展生死观教育是非常必要的,它使护生树立正确的生死观,为具备护理濒死与死亡患者的能力打下基础.

Objective:To understand the student's understanding of death,as the further development of life and death education and provide a theoretical basis.Methods:The traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)nursing students conducted a “life and death education”course,before course and after course,use the death anxiety scale (CT-DAS)to 18-21 year old female nursing 226 students conducted a questionnaire survey,and the results were analyzed.Result:Before course and after course,CT-DAS scores have no significant dif erence (P>0.05);there were in Item 4 and Item 9 significant dif erence (P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM nursing students to carry out life and death education is very necessary,it enables students to establish a correct outlook on life and death,to lay their foundation for the aG bility of nursing dying and death patients.
