目的：临床分析影响老年急性心肌梗死患者溶栓治疗的因素.方法：选取我院自2012年12月-2013年12月以来收治的58例老年急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果：＞74岁患者的溶通率低于年龄≤74岁患者，溶栓时间≤7h 的溶通率高于溶栓时间＞7h 患者，其差异均具有统计学意义(P＝0．034＜0．05).结论：老年急性心肌梗死患者的临床溶栓治疗应综合考虑其年龄、心肌梗死部位、溶栓就诊时间等，进而提高治疗效果.

Objective:Clinical analysis of influence factors of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction thrombolytic therapy.Methods:The clinical data of 58 cases of elderly patients with acute myG ocardial infarction in our hospital from 2012 December to 2014 January in our department were retrospectively analyzed.Result:The age over 74 years old patients with thrombolytic rate of less than 74 years or younger patients,thrombolysis time ≤ 7h solution passing rate is higher than the time of thrombolysis in >7h patients,the dif erences were statistical y significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical thrombolytic therapy in elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction should be considered for the age,the site of myocardial infarction,thrombolytic treatment time,and improve the therapeutic ef ect.
