目的:为了研究有头部推拿治疗介入的中医心理情志疗法对比传统心理干预在对大学生早期心理问题的治疗作用,从而探索大学生心理问题初期控制的有效方法.方法:现从某高校2012级本科生中新生的心理普查结果显示80名有早期或轻微心理问题的学生中,以自愿的原则招募被试志愿者38名进行为期六个月两阶段的心理干预.第一阶段统计SCL-90症状自评量表结果,第二阶段以 SAS,SDS焦虑抑郁量表作为深入普查工具.采用实验法将所有被试随机分为2组,每组19人. A组为单纯心理干预组,B组为有头部推拿治疗介入的中医心理情志疗法组.结果:经过第一阶段的干预,结果表明,B双干预组的人际敏感和强迫症状和抑郁因子分前后测差异显著,其他显著性不高;第二阶段介入头部推拿治疗的B组 SAS,SDS结果较前测的下降程度显著高于 A组(P<0.05),方差齐.结论:说明经过头部推拿治疗介入中医心理情志干预对比传统心理治疗可以更有效的对大学生早期的焦虑,抑郁等某些心理健康问题进行积极的调节和干预.

Objective:To study whether involving head massage in TCM psychological spitirual therapy can have a dif erent therapeutical ef ect,compared to traditional psychological intervention,on earG ly mental health problems of university students,in order to develop an ef ective method to control these problems at an early stage.Methods:From the freshmen of year 2012 of a certain university,we reG cruited 38 volunteers from the 80 freshmen that showed early or minor mental problems,and applied psychological intervention for six months in two stages.In the first stage,we col ected the self-rating results of SCL-90.In the second stage,we used SAS and SDS as the in-depth sensus tool.Using the experimental method,we divided the subjects into 2 groups of 19 subjects.We applied only psychoG logical intervention to group A,and TCM psychological spitirual therapy involving head massage to group B.Result:After the first stage of intervention,the results showed that the double-intervention group B had a significant drop from the pretest,in factor scores of interpersonal sensitivity,obsessive symptoms and depression.No such drop was observed in other factors.After the second stage,Group B with the head massage intervention had a significantly bigger drop than group A in the SAS and SDS results from the pretest (P<0.05),with homoscedasticity.Conclusion:Involving head massage in TCM psychological spitirual therapy traditional psychological intervention can more ef ectively and positively adjust some early mental health problems of university,compared to traditional psychological inG tervention.
