本文对机载液冷系统总体设计及优化设计经验进行了总结和提炼,为新型机载液冷系统设计提供参考。从结构设计准则、设计程序、系统优化设计、显示与控制设计、电磁兼容性设计、五性设计和标准化、设备选型等几个方面阐述了机载液冷系统设计及优化的技术和方法。指出通过分析计算、三维建模、仿真分析、检测试验等环节,持续改进液冷系统设计。最后提出进一步完善机载液冷系统设计规范的思想。

This paper briefly summarized experiences of overall design and optimized design of airborne liquid cooling system for the purpose of instructing optimization design of new-fashion airborne liquid cooling system;And expounded technologies and methods of overall design and improvement of airborne liquid cooling system from aspects of design criteria、procedures of design、system optimized design、design of display and control、design methods of electromagnetic compatibility、design of reliability maintainability testability supportability and system safety、selection and application of equipment;And indicated that the design of airborne liquid cooling system optimized through continual improvement from steps of analysis and calculations、three dimension model design、simulations、tests. At last,this paper brought forward the idea that experiences should be summarized to make design specification for airborne liquid cooling system perfected further.
