通过分析某房屋开裂、沉降和倾斜原因,结合房屋的体型、结构体系和基础类型等因素,提出了在地下1层楼板面采用高位基础加固和高位顶升纠倾的方案。通过对静压桩承台、锚杆静压桩、顶升牛腿和支撑系统等构件、体系的设计、施工,并在顶升纠倾中运用了信息化施工手段,顺利完成了房屋基础加固和顶升纠倾,使其沉降和倾斜满足了规范和使用要求。

According to the reason analysis for building cracking, settlement and inclining, combining factors of building shape, structure system and foundation type, the authors put forward high foundation reinforcement and high lifting rectification scheme at basement 1 floor. By detailed design and construction of some members such as pile cap, anchor static pressure pile, lifting corbel and support system, the building foundation reinforcement and lifting rectification are completed successfully by application with information construction. The settlement and inclining satisfy the code and working requirement.
