宝鸡市游泳跳水馆的钢结构屋盖采用一种新型双索分离式张弦桁架体系,结构新颖、造型优美独特。在单榀张弦桁架中,结构下弦采用2根空间呈双曲形态的高钒索,斜腹杆采用交叉高强钢拉杆,整个结构形成自平衡体系。由于钢拉索和钢拉杆的引入,使得该新型空间结构体系具有明显的非线性,受力较为复杂。为保证体系成型的顺利完成,本文对单榀桁架零状态吊装、整体张拉成型等施工关键技术进行了较为详细的研究,总结出一套针对该新型体系行之有效的施工方法,对该体系的推广应用提供了重要的分析依据。
寶鷄市遊泳跳水館的鋼結構屋蓋採用一種新型雙索分離式張絃桁架體繫,結構新穎、造型優美獨特。在單榀張絃桁架中,結構下絃採用2根空間呈雙麯形態的高釩索,斜腹桿採用交扠高彊鋼拉桿,整箇結構形成自平衡體繫。由于鋼拉索和鋼拉桿的引入,使得該新型空間結構體繫具有明顯的非線性,受力較為複雜。為保證體繫成型的順利完成,本文對單榀桁架零狀態弔裝、整體張拉成型等施工關鍵技術進行瞭較為詳細的研究,總結齣一套針對該新型體繫行之有效的施工方法,對該體繫的推廣應用提供瞭重要的分析依據。

The steel structure roof of Baoji Swimming and Diving Hall uses a kind of new double separate cable string truss system with a novel structure and beautiful unique modelling. In the single cross string truss,the lower chords use two hyperbolic form high vanadium cables,the oblique web bars use many high strength cross steel bars,the whole structure forms a self balancing system. Because of the introduction on steel cable and steel bars,the new space structural system has a obvious nonlinear performance,and the mechanical performance is more complicated. In order to ensure the system forming successfully, this paper carries a detailed study on the key construction technology of lifting on single truss in zero state and the whole tensioning molding. Finally, it summarizes a set of effective construction method for the new system and provides an important analysis basis for popularization and application of this system.
