目的:对医务人员工作压力现状进行调查研究,提出缓解医务人员工作压力的有效措施,为制订有关方针政策或制度规则提供依据。方法:在文献研究的基础上,以问卷调查与访谈、理论研究与现场调查相结合等方式,运用中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)对四川省13家市、县(区)、乡镇医疗机构413名医务人员的工作压力进行专项调查与研究,并运用SPSS19.0统计软件进行分析,了解医务人员工作压力现状并制定应对措施。结果:61.74%的医务人员处于健康危险压力状态,其中不同职业(岗位)、不同工龄、不同子女状况和经济状况的医务人员工作压力有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:医务人员工作压力较大,值得社会及医疗卫生管理者重视与关注,应当从社会、医院、个人等层面采取更多的应对措施。

목적:대의무인원공작압력현상진행조사연구,제출완해의무인원공작압력적유효조시,위제정유관방침정책혹제도규칙제공의거。방법:재문헌연구적기출상,이문권조사여방담、이론연구여현장조사상결합등방식,운용중문판지각압역량표(CPSS)대사천성13가시、현(구)、향진의료궤구413명의무인원적공작압력진행전항조사여연구,병운용SPSS19.0통계연건진행분석,료해의무인원공작압력현상병제정응대조시。결과:61.74%적의무인원처우건강위험압력상태,기중불동직업(강위)、불동공령、불동자녀상황화경제상황적의무인원공작압력유현저성차이(P<0.05)。결론:의무인원공작압력교대,치득사회급의료위생관리자중시여관주,응당종사회、의원、개인등층면채취경다적응대조시。
Objective :Making an investigate analysis on present status of medical personnel’s working pressure and then put forward some effective measures for releasing medical personnel ’s working pressure ,and provide a basis for formulating related policies and guidelines or institutional rules .Methods:On the basis of document research and through the combination of questionnaire survey and interviews ,the theoretical research and the field survey etc ,the author makes an special investigation and analysis for the working pressure of 413 medical personnel who come from 13 medical institutions among city ,country(district) ,and rural place of Sichuan province by using Chinese vision(CPSS) , and analyzes it through the SPSS19 .0 statistical software and grasps the present situation of medical personnel ’s work-ing pressure and then makes corresponding measures .Results:61 .74% of medical personnel are in the healthy risk pres-sure status .Among them the working pressure of medical personnel with different occupations (positions) ,different age ,and different children and economic situations have significantly differences (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:The medical personnel have big working pressure which deserves the social and health care managers ’concern and attention ,and more response measures should be taken from social ,hospital ,individual aspects .
