目的:应用Meta分析的方法,探讨高尿酸血症(Hyperuricemia ,HUA)与脑梗死的相关性。方法:检索关于中国大陆地区高尿酸血症与脑梗死发病关系的病例对照研究,用Stata/SE软件进行分析,计算合并的比值比(OR)及95%可信区间(CI),并对结果进行发表偏倚分析。结果:共纳入11篇文献,包括病例数1302例,对照数1151例。异质性检验:Q=7.16,P=0.71,I2=0.0%,提示各研究间无明显异质性。用固定效应模型分析,合并OR的点估计和95%的可信区间为:4.74(3.80,5.90)。以Egger法进行发表性偏倚检验,得出 P=0.093,漏斗图无明显不对称,表明研究无明显发表性偏倚。结论:HUA可增加脑梗死的发病几率,是脑梗死发病的危险因素。

Objective :To explore the relationship between Hyperuricemia(HUA) and cerebral infarction by Meta anal-ysis .Methods:Papers of case-control study concerning the relationship between Hyperuricemia and cerebral infarction in Chinese mainland were collected by computer .Stata/SE was applied to deal with the date and calculated with the odds ratio (OR) and 95% confidence interval (CI) .Finally ,possible publication bias was tested and a sensitivity analysis was conducted .Results:11 prospective studies meeting the criterion were included in this article .Heterogeneity across stud-ies was determined :Q= 7 .16 ,P=0 .71 ,I2 = 0 .0% .The results showed that there was no obvious heterogeneity be-tween studies .The meta analysis for all studies found a pooled OR of 4 .74(3 .80 ,5 .90)with a fixed-effect model .Pub-lication bias tested by the Egger’s test showed P=0 .093 .In addition ,funnel figure had no obvious asymmetry ,which showed no significant publication bias was found .Conclusion:HUA is a risk factor of cerebral infarction which can in-crease the risk of cerebral infarction .
