采用微波消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定新疆一枝蒿中Li、B、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Mo、Cd、Tl、Pb、Bi15种微量元素.结果表明:这15种元素的加标回收率为80.06%~111.00%,相对标准偏差小于5.00%.本方法简便、快速、灵敏度高、准确,可同时测定多种元素.

A method of determination of 15 trace elements in artemisia rupestris L., including Li, B, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Mo, Cd, Tl, Pb and Bi was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), with microwave digestion. The results showed that the recovery rates for all these elements in this method are between 80.06%and 111.00%and the relative standard deviations are less than 5.00%. The method was simple, rapid, sensitive, accuracy and simultaneous determination of multielements.
