目的：观察桂枝茯苓丸对大鼠子宫内膜异位症的治疗作用。方法：采用自体移植法建立子宫内膜异位症大鼠模型，将造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、达那唑组、桂枝茯苓丸低、中、高剂量组，并设假手术组。给药30天后，采用 ELISA 法检测大鼠腹腔液中白介素-6（IL -6）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF -α）含量。结果：桂枝茯苓丸高剂量组能明显降低大鼠腹腔液中 IL -6水平（P ＜0．05），高、中剂量组能显著降低腹腔液中 TNF -α含水平（P ＜0．05或 P ＜0．01）。结论：桂枝茯苓丸对大鼠子宫内膜异位症具有较好治疗作用。
목적：관찰계지복령환대대서자궁내막이위증적치료작용。방법：채용자체이식법건립자궁내막이위증대서모형，장조모성공적대서수궤분위모형조、체나서조、계지복령환저、중、고제량조，병설가수술조。급약30천후，채용 ELISA 법검측대서복강액중백개소-6（IL -6）화종류배사인자-α（TNF -α）함량。결과：계지복령환고제량조능명현강저대서복강액중 IL -6수평（P ＜0．05），고、중제량조능현저강저복강액중 TNF -α함수평（P ＜0．05혹 P ＜0．01）。결론：계지복령환대대서자궁내막이위증구유교호치료작용。
Objective: To study the effect of Guizhi Fuling pills on endometriosis of rats .Methods: Autologous grafting endometriosis rat models were established , and the successful moldel rats were randomly divided into a model group ,a danazol group, Guizhi Fuling pills low, medium and high dose groups, and a control group.After 30 days, use ELISA method to detect the rat peritoneal fluid of IL -6 and TNF -αcontents.Results: Guizhi Fuling pills high dose group could obviously reduce rat peritoneal fluid levels of IL -6 (P <0.05), high, middle dose groups could significantly re-duce the levels of TNF -αin peritoneal fluid (P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion: Guizhi Fuling pills have a good effect in the treatment of endometriosis in rats .
