目的:探讨大学生完美主义、自我妨碍和学校适应三者间的关系。方法:中文Frost多维度完美主义量表、自我妨碍行为倾向量表和中国大学生适应量表为研究工具对467名大学生进行了统一问卷施测。结果:(1)学生完美主义、自我妨碍和学校适应三者间彼此存在显著相关;(2)自我妨碍和完美主义对学校适应的回归分析都显著(R2=0.181,p<0.05;R2=0.201, p<0.05)。结论:完美主义对学校适应具有显著的正向预测作用,自我妨碍对学校适应具有显著地负向预测作用。

목적:탐토대학생완미주의、자아방애화학교괄응삼자간적관계。방법:중문Frost다유도완미주의량표、자아방애행위경향량표화중국대학생괄응량표위연구공구대467명대학생진행료통일문권시측。결과:(1)학생완미주의、자아방애화학교괄응삼자간피차존재현저상관;(2)자아방애화완미주의대학교괄응적회귀분석도현저(R2=0.181,p<0.05;R2=0.201, p<0.05)。결론:완미주의대학교괄응구유현저적정향예측작용,자아방애대학교괄응구유현저지부향예측작용。
Objective:To examine the relationship among perfectionism, self-handicapping and school adaptation. Method: CFMPS, SHS and CCSAS were conducted in 467 undergraduate students in Yulin Normal University. Results:(1). The relation is significant between perfectionism and self-handicapping:(2)The relation is significant between perfectionism and school adaption;(3)The relation is significant between self-handicapping and school adaption. (4)The perfectionism and self-handicapping can significantly predict school adaption (R2=0.181, p<0.05;R2=0.201, p<0.05). Conclusions: College students' perfectionism can positively predict school adaption; Self-handicapping can negative predict school adaption.
