随着社会经济的发展以及高职教育管理职能的加速转型，高职辅导员在实际工作中的角色也发生了很大的变化。高职辅导员的工作，正在逐步向社工功能延伸。因此，加强高职辅导员专业化、职业化建设，不断完善高职辅导员知识结构，提高其自身素质和能力，做好其角色转型，可以培育高职辅导员的社会工作价值理念，全面地帮助大学生健康成长。

With the development of economy and the accelerated transition of higher vocational education management functions ,great changes has taken place in the role of higher voca-tional counselors in practical work .Higher vocational counselors'work is gradually exten-ding to the social work function .Therefore ,to strengthen the specialization and profession-alization of higher vocational counselors ,to constantly improve their knowledge structure , quality and ability ,and achieve role transition properly can cultivate their social work value as well as offer comprehensive help to the healthy growth of college students .
