当前,协同创新研究作为国家战略的重要内容,高等院校是实施这一战略的主体。现代高校作为一个开放的组织系统,与其他组织合作共赢,互通有无,优势互补,是一个组织不断实现有效创新、增强后发优势的必要途径,因此,协同创新成为高校增强自身综合实力和核心竞争力的利器。从协同创新角度出发,分析了现行高校的管理体制与社会组织协同创新的需求之间的矛盾,提出了高校管理机制促进协同创新的优化路径在于进行利益协同机制、精英协同培养机制、目标协同机制、奖惩协同机制和职能协同机制的不断创新和完善。
噹前,協同創新研究作為國傢戰略的重要內容,高等院校是實施這一戰略的主體。現代高校作為一箇開放的組織繫統,與其他組織閤作共贏,互通有無,優勢互補,是一箇組織不斷實現有效創新、增彊後髮優勢的必要途徑,因此,協同創新成為高校增彊自身綜閤實力和覈心競爭力的利器。從協同創新角度齣髮,分析瞭現行高校的管理體製與社會組織協同創新的需求之間的矛盾,提齣瞭高校管理機製促進協同創新的優化路徑在于進行利益協同機製、精英協同培養機製、目標協同機製、獎懲協同機製和職能協同機製的不斷創新和完善。

Collaborative innovation research has been as an important part of the national strategy,uni-versities are the main implementation of this strategy.Taken as an open organization,the modern uni-versity system collaborates with other organizations to exchange for needed goods and complementary advantages.This is a necessary way for an organization to realize effective innovation and enhance the advantage of backwardness.Therefore,collaborative innovation is becoming the key for colleges and u-niversities to enhance their comprehensive strength and core competitiveness.From the perspective of cooperative innovation,this paper analyzes the contradiction between the current college management system and the social organization of the demand of collaborative innovation,and proposes the innova-tion and perfect ways of the optimization of management mechanism to promote collaborative innova-tion lie in the interests coordination mechanism,the elite culture synergy mechanism,target synergy mechanism,reward and punishment mechanism and function together synergy mechanism.
