破碎流程故障诊断系统以破碎生产流程在线检测数据为支撑,将因果推理和主元分析等技术相融合,实现了从底层设备到中间工序,再到上层生产流程的3层架构破碎全流程生产过程在线监测和故障诊断功能。该系统可以及时发现潜在的生产异常或者故障,通过报警、调整操作参数、甚至停机等方式处理异常或者故障,保障生产的持续稳定运行。
破碎流程故障診斷繫統以破碎生產流程在線檢測數據為支撐,將因果推理和主元分析等技術相融閤,實現瞭從底層設備到中間工序,再到上層生產流程的3層架構破碎全流程生產過程在線鑑測和故障診斷功能。該繫統可以及時髮現潛在的生產異常或者故障,通過報警、調整操作參數、甚至停機等方式處理異常或者故障,保障生產的持續穩定運行。

Failure diagnosis system for crushing process is based on on-line inspection data of crushing production process, combination of causal reasoning and principal component analysis achieves functions of on-line monitoring and failure diagnosis in three-layer framework (from bottom-layer equipment to intermediate process and then to top-layer production flow) crushing whole-flow production process. The system can find out potential production abnormity or failure, which can be resolved by warning, adjustment of operation parameters and shutdown to ensure sustainable and stable operation of production.
