以五轴联动车铣复合加工技术为基础,提出一种一次装夹、多工种、多工序的复合加工方法,并以带空间相交孔的曲面体为实例,介绍了五轴联动车铣复合加工技术在该类曲面体加工中的应用,拟出工艺解决方案,实现对各项加工精度的保证,结果表明,该方案在保证各项加工精度的同时,显著提高了生产效率。
以五軸聯動車鐉複閤加工技術為基礎,提齣一種一次裝夾、多工種、多工序的複閤加工方法,併以帶空間相交孔的麯麵體為實例,介紹瞭五軸聯動車鐉複閤加工技術在該類麯麵體加工中的應用,擬齣工藝解決方案,實現對各項加工精度的保證,結果錶明,該方案在保證各項加工精度的同時,顯著提高瞭生產效率。

Based on the composite processing technology of five -axis turn-milling, a one-time clamping, multi-disci-plinary, multi-process processing method was proposed .Particularly, a curved surface which has spatial intersecting hole was taken as an example to introduce the application of the five -axis milling composite processing technology in the curved surface processing .And the process solution was prepared to achieve the machining accuracy guarantee .Results show that the productivi-ty is significantly increased while in high machining accuracy .
