目的：探讨热毒宁联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效。方法：选择2011年12月～2013年8月在我院住院的支原体肺炎患儿115例为研究对象，按就诊顺序随机分为试验组和对照组，试验组58例给予热毒宁联合阿奇霉素治疗，对照组57例单用阿奇霉素治疗，对两组患儿的住院时间、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间、X 线阴影消失时间及治疗临床效果进行比较。结果：试验组患儿的住院时间、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间、X 线阴影消失时间均小于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（均 P ＜0．05）。试验组治疗总有效率为96．6％，高于对照组87．7％，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。试验组患儿不良事件发生率为17．2％，略高于对照组15．8％，但差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论：热毒宁联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效优于单用阿奇霉素，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토열독저연합아기매소치료소인지원체폐염적림상료효。방법：선택2011년12월～2013년8월재아원주원적지원체폐염환인115례위연구대상，안취진순서수궤분위시험조화대조조，시험조58례급여열독저연합아기매소치료，대조조57례단용아기매소치료，대량조환인적주원시간、퇴열시간、해수소실시간、라음소실시간、X 선음영소실시간급치료림상효과진행비교。결과：시험조환인적주원시간、퇴열시간、해수소실시간、라음소실시간、X 선음영소실시간균소우대조조，차이균유통계학의의（균 P ＜0．05）。시험조치료총유효솔위96．6％，고우대조조87．7％，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。시험조환인불량사건발생솔위17．2％，략고우대조조15．8％，단차이무통계학의의（P ＞0．05）。결론：열독저연합아기매소치료소인지원체폐염적림상료효우우단용아기매소，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Reduning combined with azithromycin in the treatment of myco -plasma pneumonia in children .Methods:115 children with mycoplasma pneumonia in our hospital from December 2011 to August 2013 were as research objects, randomly they were divided into an experimental group and a control group , 58 cases in experimental group were given the Reduning combined with azithromycin treatment , 57 cases in the control group were with azithromycin treatment , and compare the two groups of children with fever , cough, hospitalization time lost time, rales disappearance time, X -ray shadow disappear time of treatment and the effect in clinic .Results:In ex-periment group, the time of fever, cough disappeared time, rales disappearance time , X -ray shadow disappearance time were less than those of the control group ,and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The total ef-fective rate in the test group was 96.6%,which was higher than 87.7% in the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant (P <0.05).In experimental groups the incidence of adverse events was 17.2%,which was slightly higher than 15.8% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05).Conclusion:The clinically curative effect is better by Reduning combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children than azithromycin only ,which is worthy of clinical application .
