目的:探讨上皮型钙黏附素(E-cadherin)、神经型钙黏附素(N-cadherin)及Snail在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR测定Snail、E-cadherin和N-cadherin基因在10对非小细胞肺癌及其癌旁正常肺组织中的表达情况,同时采用免疫组化法检测105例NSCLC以及41例癌旁组织中Snail、E-cadherin和N-cadherin蛋白的表达。结果与癌旁正常肺组织相比较,非小细胞肺癌组织中E-cadherin的表达显著减少,N-cadherin和Snail表达明显增加(P<0.05)。NSCLC组织中,Snail的表达与N-cadherin的表达呈明显的正相关(P<0.05,r=0.21),与E-cadherin的表达呈显著负相关(P<0.05,r=-0.39),而N-cadherinl的表达与E-cadherin的表达也呈明显负相关(P<0.05,r=-0.53)。结论非小细胞肺癌组织中, Snail、N-cadherin呈显著高表达,而E-cadherin呈显著低表达,三者可能通过相互作用共同参与NSCLC的发生和发展。

목적:탐토상피형개점부소(E-cadherin)、신경형개점부소(N-cadherin)급Snail재비소세포폐암(NSCLC)중적표체급기림상의의。방법채용실시형광정량PCR측정Snail、E-cadherin화N-cadherin기인재10대비소세포폐암급기암방정상폐조직중적표체정황,동시채용면역조화법검측105례NSCLC이급41례암방조직중Snail、E-cadherin화N-cadherin단백적표체。결과여암방정상폐조직상비교,비소세포폐암조직중E-cadherin적표체현저감소,N-cadherin화Snail표체명현증가(P<0.05)。NSCLC조직중,Snail적표체여N-cadherin적표체정명현적정상관(P<0.05,r=0.21),여E-cadherin적표체정현저부상관(P<0.05,r=-0.39),이N-cadherinl적표체여E-cadherin적표체야정명현부상관(P<0.05,r=-0.53)。결론비소세포폐암조직중, Snail、N-cadherin정현저고표체,이E-cadherin정현저저표체,삼자가능통과상호작용공동삼여NSCLC적발생화발전。
Objective To investigate the expressions of snail, E-cadherin and N-cadherin in non-small cell lung can-cer (NSCLC) and their clinical significance. Methods The quantitative real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was used to detect the Snail, E-cadherin and N-cadherin mRNA levels in 10 cases of NSCLC tis-sues and the tissues adjacent to carcinoma. Then the immunohistochemistry (IHC) was applied to detect the protein levels of Snail, E-cadherin and N-cadherin in 105 cases of non-small cell lung cancer and 41benign pulmonary tissues. Results Compared with the benign pulmonary tissues, the mRNA and protein expression of E-cadherin in NSCLC tissues were significantly decreased, while the mRNA and protein expression of Snail and N-cadherin were both obviously increased (P<0.05). In NSCLC tissues, the Snail expression was positively correlated with N-cadherin expression (P<0.05, r=0.21) and negatively correlated with E-cadherin expression (P<0.05, r=-0.39), and the N-cadherin expression was also nega-tively correlated with E-cadherin expression (P<0.05, r=-0.53). Conclusion In NSCLC tissues, the expressions of Snail and N-cadherin were both up-regulated, while the E-cadherin expressions were significantly down-regulated. All of them may be involved in the occurrence and development of NSCLC through their interaction.
