目的：应用2种染色方法对中华绒螯蟹肠道肥大细胞进行组织化学定位。方法甲苯胺蓝（TB）和阿尔新兰-藏红染色（AB/SO）对中肠，后肠和之间的肠球进行了染色。结果 TB 和 AB/SO 两种染色均能不同程度的显示中华绒螯蟹肠道肥大细胞，且 TB 更为适合。肠道粘膜上皮肥大细胞的形态主要为椭圆形或者圆形。中肠的前段和中段的肥大细胞主要分布在粘膜层的上皮细胞、基膜及外膜的结缔组织中；后肠的肥大细胞主要分布在粘膜下层的结缔组织颗粒和肠腺中；肠球中肥大细胞主要分布在肠球边缘少数存在的嗜酸性颗粒和嗜碱性颗粒中。结论中华绒螯蟹肠道肥大细胞具有与其他动物有相似之处，但是也存在自身的特异性。
목적：응용2충염색방법대중화융오해장도비대세포진행조직화학정위。방법갑분알람（TB）화아이신란-장홍염색（AB/SO）대중장，후장화지간적장구진행료염색。결과 TB 화 AB/SO 량충염색균능불동정도적현시중화융오해장도비대세포，차 TB 경위괄합。장도점막상피비대세포적형태주요위타원형혹자원형。중장적전단화중단적비대세포주요분포재점막층적상피세포、기막급외막적결체조직중；후장적비대세포주요분포재점막하층적결체조직과립화장선중；장구중비대세포주요분포재장구변연소수존재적기산성과립화기감성과립중。결론중화융오해장도비대세포구유여기타동물유상사지처，단시야존재자신적특이성。
To study the distribution feutures of mast cells in the intestinal tract of Evio-cheir Sinensis .Methods Toluidine Blue(TB) and Alcian Blue-Safranin O (AB/SO ) staining were used in the midgut ,hindgut and intestinal bulb .Results After TB and AB/SO staining ,mast cells were found in the intestinal tract ,and the optimal staining was TB .The morphology of mast cells was mainly round or ellipse in the intestinal epithelial cells .Most mast cells were located in the mucous layer of epithelial cells , basilemma and the outer membrane of connective tissue in the midgut ;submucosa of connective tissue and the hindgut gland in the hindgut ;only few mast cells were in the intestinal bulb of acidophilic and baso-philic granulocytes .Conclusion Compared with other animals ,there are both common and specific features in the distribution of mast cells in the intestinal tract of E .sinensis .
