目的:在临床实习过程中,应用客观结构化临床考试的方法,全面、准确客观评价实习医师的临床综合能力。方法采用OSCE 方式,制定内科相关考核内容及评分标准,对2008、2009级临床医学专业的425名实习医师出科前进行考核。结果在参加OSCE考核的实习学生中,2009级学生专科查体和技能操作站得分明显优于2008级,差异具有统计学意义。结论通过采用OSCE考核方式逐步形成完整的量化考核体系,并将其应用于临床教学实践,能够分析发现临床医师实习及教学中存在的不足,进而完善临床实习考核方式,促进临床教学工作的评估和改进。

Objective To evaluate the clinical ability of interns comprehensively and objectively through the objective structured clinical examination ( OSCE) in the process of clinical practice. Methods The medical examination content as well as evaluation standard was made by OSCE to appraise Grade 2008 and Grade 2009 clinical medical professional interns (425) before the end of the clinical practice. Results In the OSCE assessment of intern students, the scores of specialist examination and skills to operate in Grade 2009 were significantly higher than those in Grade 2008. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion A complete system of quantitative assessment will form gradually by adopting the OSCE. Application of it to clinical teaching practice can analyze and find the shortcomings in the course of clinical practice and teaching, thus improving the clinical practice examination way and pro-moting the assessment and improvement of clinical teaching work.
