目的：鼻内镜下探讨鼻内镜下隐蔽性鼻出血的常规部位及处理方法。方法对83例镜检查发现出血灶的患者出血部位、出血原因、与年龄关系及疗效进行回顾性分析。结果鼻出血部位,出血原因与患者年龄有一定关系,除9例患者予选择性鼻腔填塞,7例患者行鼻腔手术外,67例均采用微波或电凝止血。结论鼻内镜检查治疗隐蔽性鼻出血,具有定位准确、减少病人痛苦、疗效好等优点,是目前治疗鼻出血首选方法,值得推广。
목적：비내경하탐토비내경하은폐성비출혈적상규부위급처리방법。방법대83례경검사발현출혈조적환자출혈부위、출혈원인、여년령관계급료효진행회고성분석。결과비출혈부위,출혈원인여환자년령유일정관계,제9례환자여선택성비강전새,7례환자행비강수술외,67례균채용미파혹전응지혈。결론비내경검사치료은폐성비출혈,구유정위준학、감소병인통고、료효호등우점,시목전치료비출혈수선방법,치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the bleeding sites and treatment of intractable epistaxis under nasal endoscope. MethodsThe bleeding points, bleeding reasons and its correlation with age and curative effect of 83 patients with intractable epistaxis were stud-ied retrospectively. Results The bleeding points and the bleeding reasons proved to be related in some degree to patients'age. Except local packing in 9 cases and nasal operation in 7 cases, 67 cases were treated with microwave coagulation or electrocoagulation. Con-clusion The bleeding sites can be located accurately under nasal endoscope. Electrocoagulation or local packing is effective to stop bleeding, and is less painful for patients with intractable epitaxis. It is the first choice to examine and treat epistaxis and worthy to be recommended.
