目的：分析眼外伤所致继发性青光眼产生的主要原因、临床表现以及探讨治疗继发性青光眼的一些措施。方法选取2010年9月到2013年9月我院收治的46例继发性青光眼患者作为实验对象,对46例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结产生继发性青光眼的主要原因与临床表现,探讨应对及治疗措施。结果经过药物和手术治疗,46例患者的视力较治疗前有了不同程度的提高,眼压也基本控制在正常的范围内。结论眼外伤所致继发性青光眼的病因多样且复杂,治疗难度较大,所以在治疗的过程中要根据患者的损伤类型和患者的实际情况进行个体化治疗。

Objective To analyze the main causes and clinical manifestations of secondary glaucoma caused by ocular trauma and discuss some measures for the treatment. Methods 46 cases with secondary glaucoma treated in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2013 were selected as the experimental object. The clinical data of 46 cases were retrospectively analyzed so as to summarize the main reasons and the clinical manifestations of secondary glaucoma and investigate the treating measures. Results After treatment of drugs and surgery, the visual acuity of 46 cases had improved to different extents;the intraocular pressure was controled in the nor-mal range. Conclusion The reasons of secondary glaucoma caused by ocular trauma are diverse and complex, thus causing difficulty to treatment. In the process of treatment, patients should be treated individually according to the injury types and the actual situation of patiens.
