目的:了解新生儿感染病原菌的种类以及其对抗生素的敏感情况,观察根据其结果选择的抗生素的治疗效果。方法对100例感染性疾病新生儿患者留存的235例标本进行培养,对培养出的111株细菌采用改良K-B法进行药物敏感实验。结果送检样本共计240份,培养出111株细菌,其中G+47株, G-64株;111株细菌分别为葡萄球菌26株,肺炎克雷伯菌17株,大肠埃希菌32株,阴沟肠杆菌10株,粪肠球菌12株,其他14株;新生儿感染病原菌肺炎以大肠杆菌、克雷伯杆菌多见,败血症以葡萄球菌常见,脐炎以大肠埃希菌常见,脓疱疹以金黄色葡萄球菌常见; G+对环丙沙星、头孢呋辛、泰能、头孢唑林敏感,G-对头孢他啶、环丙沙星、泰能、阿米卡星敏感;各种细菌对青霉素和氨苄青霉素都产生耐药性。结论近期新生儿感染性疾病中病原菌常见的为葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯杆菌、阴沟肠杆菌、粪肠球菌,对其最有效的抗生素有环丙沙星、泰能和阿米卡星。

목적:료해신생인감염병원균적충류이급기대항생소적민감정황,관찰근거기결과선택적항생소적치료효과。방법대100례감염성질병신생인환자류존적235례표본진행배양,대배양출적111주세균채용개량K-B법진행약물민감실험。결과송검양본공계240빈,배양출111주세균,기중G+47주, G-64주;111주세균분별위포도구균26주,폐염극뢰백균17주,대장애희균32주,음구장간균10주,분장구균12주,기타14주;신생인감염병원균폐염이대장간균、극뢰백간균다견,패혈증이포도구균상견,제염이대장애희균상견,농포진이금황색포도구균상견; G+대배병사성、두포부신、태능、두포서림민감,G-대두포타정、배병사성、태능、아미잡성민감;각충세균대청매소화안변청매소도산생내약성。결론근기신생인감염성질병중병원균상견적위포도구균、대장애희균、폐염극뢰백간균、음구장간균、분장구균,대기최유효적항생소유배병사성、태능화아미잡성。
Objective To analyze the type of neonatal infection pathogens and their sensitivity to antibiotics, and observe the treatment effect of antibiotics based on the results of antibiotic selection. Methods 235 specimens of 100 neonatal patients with infec-tious diseases were cultured;and drug susceptibility testing was conducted to the 111 bacteria by using the modified KB method. Re-sults There were 111 submitted samples totally, including 47 Gram-positive bacteria and 64 Gram-negative bacteria. Within the 111 bacteria, there were 26 Staphylococcus aureus, 17 Klebsiella pneumoniae, 32 Escherichia strains, 10 Enterobacter cloacae, 12 Entero-coccus faecalis and 14 others;Escherichia coli and Klebsiella are common in newborn infants with bacterial pneumonia, staph infection is common in Septicemia, Escherichia coli is common in Omphalitis, and Staphylococcus aureus is common in impetigo, Gram-positive bacteria are sensitive to ciprofloxacin, cefuroxime, imipenem and cefazolin, while gram-negative bacteria are sensitive to ceftazidime, ciprofloxacin, imipenem and amikacin;A variety of bacteria are resistant to penicillin and ampicillin. Conclusion The recent com-mon neonatal infectious diseases are pathogen Staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter cloacae and En-terococcus faecalis, and the most effective antibiotics are ciprofloxacin, the Thai energy and Ami Card Star.
