为了解决钛合金熔炼过程中参数设置不当、凝壳重量大、材料浪费多和合金液温度偏低的问题,采用理论分析和计算,对熔炼参数进行设置。通过实验验证,将凝壳重量控制在合理范围,铸件表面质量显著提高。将得到的熔炼参数用于指导生产实践,获得了良好的效果。
為瞭解決鈦閤金鎔煉過程中參數設置不噹、凝殼重量大、材料浪費多和閤金液溫度偏低的問題,採用理論分析和計算,對鎔煉參數進行設置。通過實驗驗證,將凝殼重量控製在閤理範圍,鑄件錶麵質量顯著提高。將得到的鎔煉參數用于指導生產實踐,穫得瞭良好的效果。

Problems were solved on heavy concreting shell, excessive material wasting and low temperate alloy fluid when titanium alloy was melted by VAR. The melting parameters were mounted through theory analysis and calculation. Based on experiment validating, the concreting shell weight was controlled under the proper range, and casting surface quality was enhanced remarkably. The parameters were used in practice and good results were gained.
